It is neither a plaza nor a mall but a place where you can find four hundred shops under the grassy square of Connaught place. One never thought that computer parts and software will ever come on the streets. Anyways, this is Delhi and anything can happen over here. The Police conduct frequent raids on many of Palika shops to recover the stolen and pirated items. But there is never an end to these items and it has failed to prevent the shop keepers from this illegal business. In fact the business people have got more or less used to such raids. Lately, due to the opening of a large number of shopping malls, the market is facing a decline in its popularity.
